Delivery Information
We deliver custom cabinets to most of the continental USA at no extra charge with the following delivery restrictions:
1) We deliver cabinets using 72ft. trucks and a direct route to the home with no low overheads, no tight turns, no narrow one way streets, no dirt or freshly paved roads, and ample legal parking, is required.
2) We use professional furniture movers. They are not allowed to unload onto the property. The customer must provide at least two able people to unload the cabinets upon arrival.

Delivery Damage
Shipping damage is extremely rare (under 0.5%). We use the best means to transport cabinets. Unlike other suppliers that may handle your cabinets many times in a warehouse, our cabinets are picked up from the factory and delivered directly to your home.
We replace items that may have been damaged during shipment if you do one of the following:
1) If during the unloading process you find a damaged product, note the item damaged on the packing slip before you sign any receiveing paper work and before the driver leaves. Also notify us via email or phone ( 207-667-4439 ) so that we may follow up on the replacement.
2) If you find concealed damage after the driver leaves, please call us right away (207-667-4439).
Important Note:
Concealed damage is extremely rare, but must be reported as soon as possible. Damage that is not reported to us within a few days may be replaced at additional cost to the customer. Do not store items unless you inspect them for damage first. Delays in reporting damage decreases the likelihood of free replacement and can slow down replacement delivery time.
We can not replace any damaged items that have been modified, installed, or have signs of use.
